The LCAT store operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms "we", ” "us", and "our" refer to the LCAT store. LCAT store offers this website, including all information, gear, services, and classes available from this website to you, the user, and the rider, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. LCAT, governed by Regfox operates rider registration. Our policies reflect precise commitments. All riders must accept the terms to register and the track waiver upon arrival at facilities.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, class times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Class Terms & Conditions

LCAT/Regfox does not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if you can not attend a training class, you can transfer/defer your registration to another event within the same year. You can also give your ticket away. 

The only way to be added to the roster is by signing up online, and using the LCAT/Regfox registration form to secure a deposit after agreeing to the terms.

Class Cancelations

We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment. If a class cancels for this reason, existing registrants will be offered a full refund. No action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue an immediate refund to the original payment method used at the purchase time. Riders also have the option to choose between a refund or a credit. If that is the case, we will notify you of those options.

Class Postponement

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund (rider must request a refund within 24 hours of being notified of the postponing) or transfer the registration to a class on a future date within 31 days of the rescheduled date. Rider must watch the week-week schedule. In cases when an event has been postponed, rescheduled, or moved, although our update didn't go to you, the rider must watch our website for the new date to be sure. If the rider cannot make a different class, they can transfer the fee to a friend.

Out-of-Area Classes

Out-of-area classes incur a collective 0.75 cents per mile charge both ways past 60 miles from Vancouver, Washington; the fee is separate from LCAT/Regfox training registration. This is due before the class; it will be sent to the rider's email. *This does not apply to camps or group classes.
